Community amenities include: 24-Hour Fitness Center, Seasonal pool with sun deck, year-round spa, community clubhouse with TV lounge, Covered BBQ area, 24-hour emergency maintenance, trash/recycling centers and a pet grooming station.

Yes, we are pet friendly! We require a $300 non-refundable pet fee per pet, $300 pet deposit per pet, and pet rent: $35/1, $60/2. Maximum of 2 pets per unit; breed restrictions apply. Pet amenities include a pet grooming/was station and tons of nearby walking trails.

We offer a minimum of 12-month lease terms. We do not offer short-term leases.

You can apply for an apartment with us through our property website - liveathavenhills.com, through the 'apply now' tab. All fees are disclosed under this tab as well. We have an income requirement of 2.5x the monthly rent, in order to qualify for the unit.

Yes, parking is available for residents and guests. We offer a large open lot, as well as rentable carports.

Utilities are not included in your rent. You are billed for water, sewer and trash usage, on top of your base rent. Utility bills vary based on usage, size of unit, and amount if occupant. Electricity is the residents' responsibility to set up directly with Clark Public Utilities, and billing is directly through them.
